Mr. dePrado is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, accomplished project management professional with over 20 years experience leading both federal, military and private industry sectors. Mr. dePrado is an 8 year veteran of the Air Force and holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. dePrado is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) by the Program Management Institute and American Society of Military Comptrollers, respectively.
Senior Vice President
Chip McConville is Senior Vice President and partner in Capital Strategies, LLC and leads the company’s strategic planning and business development efforts. Prior to his current position, Mr. McConville led MCR’s National Security Programs business unit. He was responsible for all Intelligence, Space and Homeland Security programs in MCR. He was selected as an MCR Vice President effective June 1, 2011 upon the acquisition of JB&A, Inc. by MCR. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. McConville served as the JB&A, Inc. Executive Vice President and also led their largest operational organization in terms of revenue and profit. He was instrumental in building the team of twenty-two companies responsible for winning the company’s largest contract ever in 2006. Prior to joining JB&A in 1999, Mr. McConville served as a Senior Program Manager for a large Information Technology firm (Sterling Software, Inc.) oriented on a large intelligence agency customer. Mr. McConville led various infantry, cavalry, and intelligence organizations while serving over 25 years as an Army officer with multiple assignments in both operational units and the Pentagon before retiring and joining Sterling Software.
Mr. McConville graduated from the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and received his Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. He also received a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research) from the Ohio State University.
